The Big green Egg has had festivals dedicated to their product for over a decade.  Many businesses around the nation have decided to follow that tradition by hosting their own version of the original "Eggtoberfest."  Last year we hosted the first ever EGGfest in Southern California, and it was a huge success.  We are bringing it back again this year with several improvements.  Please join us for the follow up to the original 'Smokin It So- Cal Style.'
 
Our Eggfest is open to everyone!  Big Green Egg owners - affectionately called EGGHeads - love to get together to share ideas, recipes and techniques.  Many who communicate on the Big Green Egg Forum.  This event provides a meeting place for us to all get together in person.  We welcome anyone who is interested in great food, music, learning about the Big Green Egg, and meeting wonderful people.
 
Here is how it works!
We plan to have at least 24 Big Green Eggs all cooking at the same time! Participants can come as a taster or a cook. Cooks get in free but are responsible for bringing the food they will share with the tasters. Tasters must pre-register and purchase their tickets prior to the event.  Typically the cooks will prepare their specialties, so get ready for a broad range of great food! We will provide the Big Green Eggs and necessary items such as charcoal and firestarters. The eggs will be "broken in" by our cooks and will be pre-sold as once-baked demo eggs.  They will be sold at significant discount.
How To Buy Tickets
We are limiting our event to just 400 tasters, so purchase your tickets promptly.  There are 3 ways to purchase your tickets.  You can print out the registation form and mail a check to our store with the correct payment, indicating how many tickets you need.

You can visit our store and pay with cash or credit card.  The registration forms will be there for you to fill out.
Or you can visit the below link and pay with a credit card, a $1.61 surcharge will be assessed.
Tickets are $25 each.  Children 12 and under are free.
Cost includes entrance into the event, entertainment, food samples all day and beverages.  $5 of every ticket sold will be donated to The Cable Airport Foundation, helping our youth understand aviation through education and scholarships.
 ***Alcoholic beverages not included.
Within our EGGfest there will be a friendly cooking competition.  All of the cooks will have the opportunity to display their cooking prowess, and the attendees will be able to vote on their favorite cooks and recipes.  There will be a prize for the top cooks, and the title of the 2010 People's Choice Award.  So polish up those recipes and get ready for a fabulous time!
